All Kayman Beauty orders are fulfilled within 2-3 business days. As soon as you get your confirmation email with the parcel’s tracking code, standard shipping takes about 4 to 9 business days to deliver your parcel depending on your location.
Please note that during holidays, new product launches and busier seasons, shipping is subject to delay.
Our standard shipping method is by NinjaVan courier, which usually arrives within 2-4 days business days.
Once the order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Therefore, it is impossible to cancel your order as we already processed your order.

Customer must inform the Kayman team within 5 days after received the items. This applies ONLY if the items are incorrect, damaged or defective. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds and return if a product didn’t work out for you.
