Yes! We test our products in the friendliest way possible — by testing everything on ourselves! But rest assured, no skin and souls are harmed in the process.

Kayman Beauty is not a brand focused on organic or all-natural formulas. We use high concentrations of natural ingredients wherever we can, but we also rely upon our deep understanding based on scientific research of what ingredients (some of which are made in the lab) that are remarkable for your skin. Ingredients we do avoid include synthetic colouring, synthetic fragrances and denatured alcohol.

Kayman Beauty products does not contain any ingredients that are deemed unsafe for the aforementioned categories. However, it is best to consult your doctor before trying anything new for precautionary measures as we want you to feel safe and assured.

Kayman Beauty is a proud Malaysian brand, offering skincare products made and manufactured in Malaysia (except our Golden Cocoon Multi-Element Mask, which is made in Korea).

All formulations of Kayman products are proprietary to our brand. Our products are formulated from scratch and created to cater to Malaysian skin and climate. We reiterate that our products are formulated and manufactured locally, by a dedicated team of chemists and researchers who work with us to bring our vision to life.

We are currently accepting payment via online banking for domestic orders & PayPal for both domestic and international orders.

We process orders as quickly as possible. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Therefore, it is impossible to cancel your order as it has undergone processing.

If you wish to cancel or make any similarly (very) urgent request, please contact us via Whatsapp within 1 hour of placing your order.

We can assist you most quickly if you include your changes or edits in the message. However, as we cannot make any changes once your order is shipped or during peak seasons. We cannot guarantee these requests will always be accommodated.

Kayman Beauty currently ships domestically within Malaysia.

Due to the recent events of CoVid-19, we do not offer international shipping at the moment. At the time being, you may shop our products in Singapore from our authrorised distributor @blackbeausg_

All Kayman Beauty orders are shipped from Malaysia and are fulfilled within 1-3 business days. Once it's processed, a confirmation email along with your parcel's tracking code will be sent to the email address that you use to sign up. You can expect your order to arrive within the times provided below. Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees.

Standard domestic shipping via Ninja Van. Estimated to arrive within :

  • 1-3 business days (West Malaysia)
  • 3-5 business days (East Malaysia)

For shipping outside Malaysia, it may take up to 14 business days to arrive depending on country.

Please note that during holidays, new product launches, restocks and promotions, order processing times may be subject to delays. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Oh no! We do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition, but we understand that mistakes can happen. We love our #Kayfairies, so best believe that your complete satisfaction is our top priority! We will gladly assist you with any issues regarding your order.

Please contact our Customer Service Team by sending an email to [email protected] or Whatsapp within 7 days of delivery. You may be required to provide photos of the products received in order for our team to best assist you.

We do not offer refunds in any form.

Any order/product issues must be reported to the Kayman Beauty team via Twitter or Instagram DM, Whatsapp or email ([email protected]) within 7 business days from its delivery date.

We will accept returns initiated within 7 business days from their delivery date on unused and opened products in their original packaging. Before doing so, we would greatly appreciate if you could notify us so that we can monitor its safe return back to our warehouse. Once the package is confirmed to be returned, we will be processing your new exchange order upon checking the condition of the products.

Returns and/or exchange are ONLY offered for items that are incorrectly shipped, damaged or defective due to manufacturing process. Items that have been opened may be denied a refund or exchange.

Skincare is a very personal journey. Thus, we do not offer refunds and/or return if a product didn’t work out for you.
