Are Kayman Beauty products cruelty-free?

Does your skin feel "squeaky clean" after cleansing? While you may think that's a good sign, that squeaky clean sensation might actually cause harm to your skin in the long run. Cleansers that make your skin feel "squeaky clean" risk removing important components of the skin such as cholesterol, lipids, or other natural moisturizing factors. After a while, you may notice your skin experiencing dryness, flakiness, peeling, redness, and irritation. This is because the skin has become more vulnerable as its natural barrier has been compromised. As a result, your skin is unable to hold and retain water.

Are Kayman Beauty products organic & all-natural?

Kayman Beauty is not a brand focused on organic or all-natural formulas. We use high concentrations of natural ingredients wherever we can, but we also rely upon our deep understanding based on scientific research of what ingredients (some of which are made in the lab) that are remarkable for your skin. Ingredients we do avoid include synthetic colouring, synthetic fragrances and denatured alcohol.

Are Kayman Beauty products safe to be used by pregnant women, breastfeeding moms and those who are trying to conceive?

Kayman Beauty products does not contain any ingredients that are deemed unsafe for the aforementioned categories. However, it is best to consult your doctor before trying anything new for precautionary measures as we want you to feel safe and assured.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds in any form.

Return & Exchange

1. Product Suitability and Usage

Due to the unique nature of individual skin responses, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been used, if they do not suit your skin, cause adverse reactions, or if you simply decide you do not like them.

2. Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, whether it is opened or unopened, please contact us via Whatsapp or email (hello@kaymanbeauty.com) within 7 business days from its delivery date. We will evaluate your situation and provide guidance on the appropriate resolution, which may include a partial refund, a full refund, or an exchange.

3. Change of Mind

If you wish to return an unopened, non-defective item, you may do so within 7 bussiness days from delivery date. The item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we will only refund the product price. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

4. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items

Please note that certain items, including free gifts, clearance items, and promotional items with minor defects, are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

5. Purchases Through Official Channels

This policy is applicable only to products purchased through our official sales channels. If you have purchased from partners or resellers, their return and refund policies will apply.

6. Report & Updates

Any order/product issues must be reported to the Kayman Beauty team via Whatsapp or email (hello@kaymanbeauty.com) within 7 business days from its delivery date.

We will accept returns initiated within 7 business days from their delivery date on unused and opened products in their original packaging. Before doing so, we would greatly appreciate if you could notify us so that we can monitor its safe return back to our warehouse. Once the package is confirmed to be returned, we will be processing your new exchange order upon checking the condition of the products.
