BluMarine Moisturizing Cream is using a airless pump head mechanism. When you first receive the product and no product comes out upon first few pumps, please follow the steps below:

1. Gently press the bottom of the bottle upwards.
2. Try pumping again until the cream is dispensed.
3. Avoid opening the pump head to ensure the product functions correctly

DO NOT OPEN THE PUMP HEAD!
Opening the pump head may allow air to enter the bottle, thus disrupting the pump mechanism and preventing the cream from dispensing properly.
